Stephanie Robertson

CEO & Founder

Stephanie is the CEO and founder of SiMPACT Strategy Group and has more than 15 years experience in social impact planning, implementation, and evaluation. Stephanie is a nationally and internationally recognized leader in the realm of social impact and in the areas of SROI, community investment, volunteering and giving strategy, and programming. In 2012, Stephanie became the first accredited SROI practitioner in North America. She then co-founded SROI Canada, a non-profit methodology hub for practitioners.




Bryan Thiedemann

Manager Data Analytics & Special Projects

Bryan’s professional experience stems from a career in both the public and private sectors where he has demonstrated a profound ability to analyze data sets while clearly synthesizing information for clients. Bryan has an aptitude for project management, which he has applied to multiple projects throughout the course of his career. Notably, Bryan has been instrumental in creating decision frameworks for clients to apply in the community partner selection process. Mary Kazyas

Manager of Operations


As the Manager of Special Projects, Mary focuses on office organization and supporting the team’s client work. Mary has an Honors Business degree from Trent University and more than five years of experience in advertising for the retail, private, banking and educational sectors. Leigh March 

Communications Manager


Leigh is the Manager of Communications at SiMPACT where she helps build the company’s profile as experts in community investment and social return on investment. Leigh holds a Bachelor of Communications degree in Public Relations from Mount Royal University and brings experience from the sports and entertainment industry with specific attention to media and community relations.
